This class aims to build whole body strength, improve posture, balance and flexibility. It will help increase lung capacity, circulation and energy levels through combining breath and movement and alleviate stress and tension in the body. Bring your own Mat or use one of ours. We also have balls, resistance bands and rings to add spice to the sessions.
